GOD'S PILL: CAPSULE 10
YOU CANNOT BELIEVE FOR HEALTH AND ACT SICK
Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works. Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? (James 2:18-20 KJV)
For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also. (James 2:26 KJV)
No you can't confess healing or health and go about acting sick. It does not work that way, one would have to give, the two cannot coexist. If you believe it, it will show in your action/s, faith always demand a corresponding action. The evidence of what is in your heart is in your action.
Have you heard the saying ' talk is cheap'? It's true. A necessary consequence of what you believe is your action. In Genesis 12:1-3, God told Abram to leave his country to a place He was going to show him, attached to this was the blessing. In Genesis 12:4 Abram left, why? because he believed.
In John 5:8 , the instruction Christ gave the man by the pool was 'Rise, take up thy bed, and walk' . He could have argued that it was impossible for him to RISE, after all that is what he has been trying to do for 38 years without success. He had a good excuse (verses 6-7), but he realised that was not going to get him what he needed, so he 'rose'!
You cannot say 'by His stripes I was healed' (1Peter 2:24) then lie on your bed moping your fevered brow, popping pills, sucking grapes and having everybody run around you. No your action does not correspond.
If you believe it, you will have to put MOTION TO YOUR NOTION so to speak. Do something, move and act like you believe.
IF YOU DON'T DO IT , YOU DON'T BELIEVE IT.
We would take the pill that resolves the conflict between 'what you feel and what is real' next.
