WALKING IN THE SUPERNATURAL SUPPLY OF GOD: A LIFE OF PRAISE:DEVELOPING ATTITUDE FILLED WITH GRATITUDE; PRAISE AFFECTS THE MANIFESTATION OF GOD'S GRACE IN YOUR LIFE.
“But You are holy, O You Who dwell in [the holy place where] the praises of Israel [are offered].” Psalm 22:3 AMP
We are now almost at the close of this wonderful series, WALKING IN THE SUPERNATURAL SUPPLY OF GOD. We have looked at eight principles to help codify this, if you have followed, studied and meditated, I can guarantee that you will never see things the same way again, never! These are not just mere fancy proses, I am persuaded these are life changing seeds that come with a guarantee of harvest. Over time, I have developed the attitude of directing people to the relevant capsules before we meet because time is precious (this is to prepare their hearts). I am always thrilled when I follow up and find that things have been resolved just by reading, studying and meditating on the appropriate God's pill. The results at times stagger me, the physical healings are the ones that always cause a stirring in me, because 'a man with an experience is not at the mercy of an argument' (John 9:25). This is what the capsule is designed for, to TREAT wrong thinking.
A quick recap 1. God is my source, my only source 2. God anticipated all my needs and made provision before the need arose 3. The provision is always more abundant than the need 4. All I need has been provided by grace in my born again spirit 5. Faith gives access to what God has provided by grace 6. I am blessed to be a blessing 7. Hold no grudge. We are now on the eighth and last principle; A LIFE OF PRAISE: ATTITUDE FILLED WITH GRATITUDE. In the preceding capsules we have seen that it affects not only you but also satan and demons. In this capsule, we will look at how it helps release the manifestation of the presence of God in your life.
“As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them.” Acts 13:2 KJV
Any church, fellowship or gathering where the main aim or focus is chasing and fighting demons have missed the mark by default and deception and is prey to confusion and lies of Satan. The reason is simple; the grace of God is manifested when praise is directed towards HIM. The Holy Spirit is obliged to manifest where the Resurrected Jesus Christ is regarded as LORD. The primary purpose of the Holy Spirit is to glorify Christ (1 Corinthians 12:3, John 14:26, John 16:14-15). The fact that something is supernatural or spectacular, does not mean it is of God. Psalms 22:3, leaves you in no doubt that 'God DWELLS in the PRAISES of His people'Simple! Satan is happy to engage and occupy your attention in what some Christians call deliverance as long as he moves your focus away from God, it's a great deception. (There is a misconception between Deliverance and casting out of demons, the two are completely different. By the grace of God, I will have the opportunity to show you in the future.).
In Acts 13:2, when the disciples in Antioch needed direction they directed their praise towards God, they ministered to Him, the result was 'the Holy Spirit spoke! The reason is simple, He needed to glorify Christ in that situation (John 16:13). Even in the Old Testament, when Elisha needed a word from God, he asked for a minstrel to minister to God (2 King 3:15). In Acts 16 when Paul and Silas directed their praise towards God in the depths of a prison the Holy Spirit manifested (burdens were lifted, yokes destroyed) and Christ was glorified by the birth of the Church at Philippi. In Ephesians 5:17-20, Paul says 'if you are filled with the Holy Spirit, you will speak in psalms, hymns, spiritual songs, sing and make melody in your heart to God and give thanks always! A life of praise is like a sweet smelling savour to God, it enhances the manifestation of the grace of Christ (without being crude, just as the odour from effluent attracts flies).
I wish I had time and space to say more, but I am confident that the Holy Spirit will do the perfection in your hearts. As we close on this series, I would like to challenge you to take time out and go through the Eight Principles in one go, study and meditate on the scriptural references, you will be blessed. As promised we would look at 2 stories of Christ (Luke 11:5-13, Luke 18:2-8) against the light and understanding of theses principles, be prepared .......
