“For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.” Romans 8:2 KJV

The picture of the reality of the New Creation that I see in my heart is difficult to put into words. When you truly grasp what we have been discussing, EVERYTHING changes; the way you think, your understanding of the scriptures, the way you pray and your relationship with God is forever changed. I really don't know how to put it into words. I try my hardest to explain these truths in the simplest possible way and pray it impacts you the way it has impacted and it is impacting me. In the last capsule we found out that the spirit in the New Creation is continually producing life from within, Romans 8:11, John John 7:38-39, Romans 8:2 (unlike that of the Old Creation aka Outcast and Servants). We are designed to walk in DIVINE HEALTH primarily, without struggle, healing is just the back up (also to live a life free from lack, demonic oppression, and condemnation of sin). As promised, in this capsule we would start the discussion on those things that would help you give expression to this wonderful provision as a New Creation. We would concentrate on Divine Health and Healing, but in reality it has a global application. These ought to be obvious, but somehow they are not. For the purpose of discussion I have classified these into two categories

1. Faith
2. Singlemindedness, (under this are subheadings).

“Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.” Romans 5:1-2KJV

Remember that the New Creation is actually the spirit within you, what you desire is for the life in your spirit to flow outward and manifest in the physical (John 7:38-39). To access your spirit you will need to learn to 'walk in the spirit' or be 'spiritually minded', (both refer to the same thing, Galatians 5:16, Romans 8:6-7). The only way you can access what is already in the New Creation is by faith. Simply put, you have to place premium on what the word says about you as a New Creation. Until you acknowledge it and make it your focus it will not be real to you. The reality of the New Creation expresses itself when you acknowledge it by faith. Philemon 1:6 (my paraphrase) says, 'you become strong in faith as you acknowledge the existence of what is already in you, that is the New Creation! It is not a head thing but a heart thing. You see, faith is the currency that transfers the reality of the New Creation from the inside to the outside.

“For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.”
Hebrews 4:2 KJV

This reality of the New Creation needs to be mixed with faith by using your tongue. Words until they are spoken remain as thoughts, faith needs to be confessed or faith is voice activated. Until you confess it, it remains dormant. The spiritual responds to faith filled words. Hebrews 4:2, describes two groups of people who heard the same thing, but the group that profited mixed what they heard with faith.

Singlemindedness- Under this we will consider a few subheadings

- Renewing your mind:
“And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” Romans 12:2 KJV

Romans 12:2, describes an attitude you will have to adopt. You cannot be strong in faith if you don't renew your mind with the word of God that gives a perfect description of the New Creation. By renewing your mind it gives you the tools to think like God intended for the New Creation. As you do this a picture of who you really are forms on the inside of you, (free from sickness or disease, free from lack or demonic oppression or condemnation of sin). You transform or metamorphosize or the change on the inside pushes itself out to confirm what is already on the inside. The Word PROVE in the above scripture means to make manifest to the physical senses! It is like unlocking the life inside of you. The same process is described in 2 Corinthians 3:18. You must have a clear picture of who you are on the inside if you are going to manifest the New Creation on the outside.

- Use the word as your plumb line
“For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.”
2 Corinthians 10:12 KJV

This is the other side of renewing your mind, whilst Romans 12:2, admonishes you not to conform to the world, 2 Corinthians 10:12,  talks about the danger of using other Christians as a yardstick. There are many who are happy to coast along or for whatever reasons are living below the provision for the New Creation, somehow they will like to pull you down to their level. You must resist and use the word of God as your yardstick. Don't look to anybody to motivate or inspire you, that is job of word and the Holy Spirit. This is probably the most difficult, it challenges your self resolve, this is why you must not be an echo (refer capsule 1, 2017). It is not your business what anyone else does, not your husband, wife, friend or even your pastor.

As we close, let me encourage you that these things are actually not difficult, it just takes a determined heart, you are not trying to be what you are, you are already a New Creation, a different species that never existed before. Stop using Homo Sapiens (Outcasts and Servants) as reference point. In the next capsule we would look at a few more things and be ready for the unveiling of the real you, New Creation, New Covenant, walking in Divine Health.

I am persuaded that, this series has the potential to radically impact lives for good like no other, if you will partner with me and spread the word through word of mouth and social media. Thank you.

“For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.” Romans 8:2 KJV

As promised in the last capsule I intend to show you that despite the outward similarities between the Old Creations (that is Outcasts and Servants) and the New Creations, they are completely different at the core. Understanding this core difference is what will unlock your understanding of the relationship with the Father which is the New Covenant; the reality that the Old Covenant was a sign posting for, using types, shadows and patterns. The example we used in the last capsule is healing. Whilst the Outcasts and Servants had Healing as a covenant promise, the New Creation have Divine Health (freedom from sickness and disease), and healing if needed. But to really understand the root of the difference we need to first examine the origin of the Old Creation. Man is made of three parts , spirit, soul and body or man is a spirit, he has soul and lives in a body. In summary the real you is your spirit (Genesis 2:7, James 2:7) and this is where the fundamental difference is, 1 Corinthians 15:45-48 ( For a more detailed study on spirit, soul and body refer to capsules 24-31, 2015)

“Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law. Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.” Romans 5:12-14 KJV

The fundamental difference between the Old Creation and the New Creation is the spirit within. Romans 5:12-15 is a wonderful passage. In summary it says when Adam fell, he became SPIRITUALLY DEAD, his nature became SIN NATURE (there are 4 implications to this but we will only discuss one here). Spiritual death will eventually produce physical death, (sickness/disease is death in SLOW MOTION). From Romans 5:12, we see that this SIN NATURE is a contagion, passing down seamlessly through generations (both Outcast and Servants) and bringing with it sickness and disease.

'Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses' Romans 5:14a (Moses here represents the Old Covenant).

This is why the Old Creation must of necessity have healing ministered from OUTSIDE because his spirit is continually producing death from the inside (remember that lack, sickness/disease, demonic oppression and condemnation of sin are all expressions of death). I hope you are getting the picture?

“For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.” Romans 8:2 KJV (Romans 8:1-4 for context)

Now consider the New Creation. Whilst the Old Creation has in its spirit , the law of sin that produces death, the New Creation has in his spirit a Law that is producing LIFE in Christ Jesus. The Old Creation (both Outcasts and Servants) is at core child of the devil! strong words but true (John 8:44). The New Creation is cut from the same spiritual fabric with Christ, the whole of Romans chapter 8 concentrates on validating this truth, over and over. The Old Creation is Spiritual dead, so his spirit can only produce death, it's a law. The New Creation is spiritual alive (life in Christ Jesus), so his spirit continually produces life, that is a law.

“But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.” Romans 8:11 KJV

Romans 8:11, is saying the same thing, because the spirit of God dwells in the New Creation, there is a continuous quickening. It is like a dynamo generating life. The New Creation already have the spirit of Christ in him (Romans 8:9-10), it is no longer a prayer or desire, that is who he is, its a done deal (Psalm 51:10).

“He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)” John 7:38-39 KJV

John 7:38-39, also speaks of the truth that the spirit of the New Creation flows outward like a living water, referring to the continuous life supply within . I can show you this over and over throughout the scriptures. I hope you can see the startling and fundamental difference between the Old Creation (Homo Sapiens) and the New Creation, it is not just cosmetic. Why is the modern church not teaching this, why have we completely forgotten who we are when scripture after scripture screams this difference? Most just gloss over this truth as if it does not matter. Until you understand and embrace this truth you will suffer identity crisis, and struggle with a lot of things. With all these in mind, in the next capsule we would look at some 'simple' things we must do to remove this rust, so that you can walk in the reality of who you are as a New Creation. It is time you begin to walk in Health, not just healing, you will not need to struggle with lack, you will be free of demonic influences and condemnation of sin.

I believe even the best of us is barely scratching the surface of who we are as New Creation. For too long we have scratched and begged for scraps, it is time to live like New Creations that we are.

Somebody needs to know that there is much more, please link this to your social media sites.

“Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.” John 3:7-8KJV

In the last capsule, we started on the New Covenant provision for Sons (aka New Creations) with particular reference to Healing. However, to really understand this, you must take the time to read through from capsule 2 of this year. I say this because most of the things we share are counter culture and the tendency is for the reader to quickly forget. Do not gloss over them, they are not for cursory consumption . The reason why I am so excited about this approach, is that it produces a fundamental and permanent change when properly understood.

In capsule 5, we looked at the four cardinal statements (assertions) and in actual fact they are all summarised in the fourth 'We are New Creations, not Homo Sapiens'.

As I continue to study the word of God, the more I see that 'All things have of necessity become New' (2 Corinthians 5:17b). Sadly though, for some reasons this is just a cliche in the modern church. We need to know what it means so that we can give it the fullest expression in our lives.

Outwardly, the Old Creation (Homo Sapien) and the New Creation look similar and that can be confusing. This is the same dilemma Nicodemus had in John chapter 3, he could see that Christ was like any other man outwardly, but he realised that there was something completely different about Him, it was not physical but it was real (John 3:2) and what Christ told him was mind blowing, a completely new concept. He had to be born again or born from above (Read the whole of John chapter 3 for this wonderful discussion). Paul calls it 'New Creation or a brand new species that never existed before'. Jesus Christ was the prototype, the first among many to follow (Romans 8:29). This New Creation has a son/father relationship with God based on a New Covenant

“Verily I say unto you, Among them that are born of women there hath not risen a greater than John the Baptist: notwithstanding he that is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.” Matthew 11:11 KJV

Again, look at Matthew 11:11, in this passage Christ was contrasting the Old Creation with the New Creation. Of everyone (with the exception of Adam and Eve before the fall) that ever existed, John the Baptist was the greatest. Let me rephrase that, 'John the Baptist was the greatest of all Homo Sapiens or Old Creations, but the least of the New Creations is greater than John. Which then begs the question, How? Remember that the 'Old Creations' were either outcasts that had no covenant or servants that operated the Old Covenant. Surely, the New Creature must then have something much better?

“Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” 3 John 1:2KJV

If the Outcast could tap into the Covenant and be healed (Matthew 15:21-27), and the Servant had healing as part of the Old Covenant (Luke 13:10-16), and these are types and shadows of the real deal. What is it then that the New Creation have in the New Covenant that is far better which is the reality and original intention of God? (Let's consider healing for example), take a closer look at 3 John 1:2. This scripture is not talking about healing per se, it is referring to absence of SICKNESS AND DISEASE, that is DIVINE HEALTH. The New Covenant provision is for the New Creation to walk in perfect health constantly, to be in a vibrant state of health, (and in the off chance that he falls sick, then Healing), that is the perfect provision and that is what we should aim for. Even in the Old Covenant there was a shadow of this ((Deuteronomy 34:7). This is a concept that is so strange and so far removed from the thoughts of many, because we have not really considered what it is to be a New Creation. We might appear outwardly like everyone else around us but we are not the same, we are born from above, New Creations, we are born of the Spirit (John 3:5, 8b). When you fully understand this, things will just begin to fall into place, you will stop struggling with sickness or disease, lack will depart, you will be free from demonic control and condemnation of sin. The only reason these appear far fetched, is because the modern church for some reasons don't teach this often enough and what you don't know, you cannot give expression to.

To avoid any misunderstandings, I am not claiming to be expressing this perfectly, far from it, but that is what I am shooting for, it is on my radar! I am certain that nobody has ever plundered the full depth of what it means to be a New Creation. Secondly, you might be wondering how is this supposed to happen? I am glad you asked, that is what we would consider in the next capsule, please be patient with me, this is strong meat.

I have restrained myself to the bare essentials, in presenting these truths to simplify things so that you can be nourished and edified. This might be strong meat but it is definitely not complex. I pray the Holy Spirit would expand your capacity and give you understanding.

“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” 2 Corinthians 5:17KJV

Let me start by saying thank you for being partners with MinDGyM, every week I am encouraged to see that you have taken the time to spread the word. God will reward you. Three capsules ago we started this series. At the beginning, I noted that I will be taking an approach that I have not come across anywhere else. My intention always is to simplify and demystify the spiritual (Matthew 11:30). Fear is born out of lack of understanding and this leads to confusion. Everything we have discussed in the previous 3 capsules is to buildup and form a foundation to what we are about to start discussing. Please be patient with me, this is strong meat, it would take a few capsules. We have considered healing when there is no covenant and healing under the Old Covenant, and under the New Covenant (please take time and refresh your memory).

In the last three capsules I have made some assertions which should provoke some reactions on a personal level. The question you should always ask is, what is the implication of this to me, how does it affect me? I would like to examine each assertion as an opener to PROVISIONS (HEALING) IN THE NEW COVENANT. The first of these assertions is that in God's dealing with man, you are either an Outcast to the Covenant, a Servant operating the Old Covenant or Son in the New Covenant. In Luke 15:11-32, the younger son despite the fact that he was living far away from home realised he was a Son. The older brother despite the fact that he lived in the household, he saw himself as a servant. So the question is how do you see yourself, which covenant are you operating? It is not enough to know these things at the head level, you must know it at the heart level.

The second assertion is that, everything in the Old Covenant is a type, shadow or pattern of the New Covenant. So where there is a type it is pointing at the ANTETYPE, for every shadow there is a BODY or REALITY, and a pattern is cut from an ORIGINAL (Colossians 2:17, Hebrews 8:5). This means that unlike the Old Covenant, the New Covenant is filled with the Antetype, Realities and Original intentions of God. It is now important to pursue these instead of the former, no matter how good the types, shadows and patterns are, they have become redundant (Hebrews 8:5-6). So when you see Healing or any divine provision for that matter in the Old Covenant, look at the New Covenant for the perfect expression.

“Verily I say unto you, Among them that are born of women there hath not risen a greater than John the Baptist: notwithstanding he that is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.” Matthew 11:11KJV

The third assertion derives from the first two above, 'the way we see and receive from God is entirely dependent on our relationship with Him'. This is simple but profound, in fact if you have been following the discussion, this needs no further explanation. Hebrews 12:19-24 gives a graphic imagery of this. Paul was contrasting what happened in Exodus 19 with the reality we now have in Christ.

“As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.” 1 Corinthians 15:48KJV

The fourth assertion is the fact that we are not Homo Sapiens. We are New Creatures (a new species that never existed before). Think about this for a minute. I personally believe we would never fully understand what this means until we get to Heaven. Paul says , Old things have passed away, (including the servant relationship in the Old Covenant), and for emphasis he says 'behold', that is 'see'!, All things, (not somethings) have become New.

Now this is my conclusion; if the Old was Homo Sapien, then the New cannot be Homo Sapien otherwise nothing has changed! We need to stop allowing the world or circumstances to describe us because it can only describe the Old, not the New Creature. The New Creature is born from above and is revealed by the Holy Spirit in the New Testament, particularly the Epistles.
This is what we will do from the next capsule, so that we can BEHOLD! ALL THINGS THAT HAS BECOME NEW.

This would change your life FOREVER, that is a promise. You would not need to struggle with sickness or disease again.

Thank you for spreading the word through you social media sites
