“No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.”
John 1:18 KJV

In the last two capsules we established the truth that the scriptures from Genesis to Malachi paints the Image of the Messiah, the redemption and the second coming. You might wonder why this is so important to  the subject matter, 'that we are made in the Image of God, created after His likeness and have His Divine Nature?' Have patience, in this capsule, we would look at the second step in the link and connect the dots further. It is important to always  have a sound scriptural grounding in whatever we believe. There is so much proliferation of fluff in the modern day Church, take time to interrogate what you are taught

“No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.” John 1:18 KJV

John 1:18, the passage above makes two fundamental assertions that a serious scholar of the word should not ignore. The first part, says NOBODY at ANYTIME has ever seen God! Consider that for a moment, all the prophets both major and minor, ALL inclusive of Abraham who was the only person described as the friend of God in the Old Testament, Moses who mediated the Law, David the King and psalmist, not even Isaiah that said he saw the Lord (Isaiah 6:1), none of them ever saw God. What they had were  impressions of Him or at best, encounter with angels (Exodus 33:20, Galatians 3:19).

“Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen.” 1 Timothy 6:16 KJV

Paul, repeats this same assertion in 1Timothy 6:16.  Not only has no man seen God, he went further to say 'nor can see'. Meaning the same thing still applies. The reason for this is simple, 'God is a Spirit' (John 4:24a), He cannot be perceived by the five senses, He is a Spirit.

The second assertion in John 1:18, is that Christ is the exception to the rule. He is the only one who has seen the Father, hence the only Person that can communicate the image and person of God  flawlessly. Until Christ came  the image and impression of God was not perfectly understood. The implication of this is pivotal. God as a Father desires to reveal Himself to us, not through impressions or shadows or patterns (John 17:3).

To avoid mixed messages, He does it only through Christ who is the only person who has seen Him. If you grasp this, then John 14:6,  makes a lot of sense. This is so important because if we are are to know exactly what we have in His Image, after His Likeness and Divine Nature we need to be able to see Him beyond mere impressions, because impressions are not perfect

“If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.” John 14:7 KJV

So that we might have a perfect image and understanding of God, He presents Himself through Christ (the only person who has seen Him). Let me put it another way, the clearer you see Christ, the better you see the Father (His Image, His Likeness and Divine Nature). Because they are one and the same......John 14:7, John 10:38, John 14:10-11. Just to be clear we are not talking about the physical form, because God is a Spirit. Now you see why it is paramount to be able to see the image of Christ through the scriptures and His very essence including the manifestation of His person in the Gospels/ Epistles. There is no way you can get to understand who the Father is outside of Christ. This was the central problem the Pharisees had (Romans 9:33, 1 Corinthians 1:23). I hope you are are beginning to see the connection? In the next capsule we will verify this further, my intention is to make each of my partner think, not just go with the flow. When you understand these things you will give up the low life, your actions will not be based on the latest Christian vogue or fashion. You will be secure, your actions will be based on knowledge and not on fickle emotions.

I will encourage you to take this capsule in conjunction with the previous three to make sure you are current with the discussion. These things are really not difficult to understand for those ready to exert themselves. I pray your eyes of understanding will be enlighten

“Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.” 2 Peter 1:4 KJV

Please always keep in mind that this series is one of three that must be taken together to have the maximum effect. In this series, my focus is to show you that as New Creation, we are in the IMAGE OF GOD, AFTER HIS LIKENESS and have HIS DIVINE NATURE. This statement is true in its entirety. It is not an allegory or a metaphor.
I agree that the whole concept is staggering, only God could have come up with this wonderful provision. There are fundamental reasons for this, which we would see at the end of the series. Remember that in Genesis 3, the only way Satan (the serpent) got to Adam and Eve was to make them doubt that they were already in God's Image and after His likeness. In other words, in doing so they suffered identity crisis, and the end result was catastrophic. Until you fully understand and embrace this concept, you will chase after what you already have, it is a diversionary tactic of the evil one. Unfortunately, this is the state of many today. The way they pray is always a give away, always begging, always asking but never believe that they have received.

“In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure. Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.”
Hebrews 10:6-7 KJV

Starting from Capsule 11, 2017, I showed you that the primary purpose of the the scriptures (Genesis to Malachi) is to paint the image of Christ, the redemption and second coming. It is only when you can recognise His image in prophecy, that you can see and identify Him in fulfilment (John 1:26-36, Isaiah 53:5 and 1Peter 2:24). Luke 24:25, shows that the inability to see Christ in the scriptures is an indication of poor spiritual understanding and foolishness. Hebrews 10:6-7 is reference to what we have been discussing, the whole of the scriptures (volume of books) is describing and painting the Image of Christ.

“For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:” 1 Corinthians 15:3-4 KJV

In his first letter to the Corinthians, Paul said, Christ died, was buried, and rose again exactly the way the scriptures said He would. (His reference to the scriptures is Genesis to Malachi, the New Testament was not written yet). Through the scriptures he saw the image of Christ better than those who had physical contact with Him. No wonder he had the greatest revelation of the risen Lord. Compare 1 Corinthians 15:3-4, with Luke 24:26-27, can you see the similarity? This is the very first step; to be able to see the image of Christ , the redemption and second coming in the scriptures. Christ described the two disciples on the way to Emmaus as fools, Paul commended his protege Timothy as wise because he knew and identified Christ in the scriptures (2Timothy 3:15)

“And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.”
2 Timothy 3:15 KJV (The whole of 2 Timothy for context)

We have spent valuable time and space in these two capsules to validate the primary purpose of the scriptures. This is the link, the first step to understanding that we are made in the IMAGE of God, after His LIKENESS and have His DIVINE NATURE. In the next capsule we would connect the dots further and you will see why it is important. These things are really not difficult to understand, nothing scholarly about it. Please check out the scriptural references, be open minded to consider and have enough flexibility to change. Before we end let me leave you with two passages to ponder on in readiness for next capsule. John 1:18, 1 Timothy 6:16

Please take time to go through the two preceding series, build yourself a firm foundation. Consider and meditate on the scriptural references.

“Then he said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken: Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his glory? And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.” Luke 24:25-27 KJV

As previously stated this is the last of a set of three series. The three series should be taken together just like the doctor would prescribe a course of medication. What we are about to discuss is so counterculture and for this reason I am asking you to have the patience to consider with a degree of open-mindedness to accept these truths and flexibility needed to change. Matthew 17:2, Revelation 1:3-6 describe the person of Christ without the hindrance of the flesh. What is more glorious is that, that is actually what the NEW CREATION looks like if we could somehow pull the veil of our flesh away and see the Hidden Man of the heart. I know that this is a staggering statement, but I firmly believe it is true and I intend to verify and validate it in this series. This goes to the very core of who we are, in fact it explains the unconditional love the Father has for us (not only sometimes, but all the time). We are in His Image, after His Likeness and have His Divine Nature in the truest sense, it is not metaphorical or allegorical. It is my desire to do my best with this pivotal concept, so we would consider things in a step-wise manner.

The first crucial point is that the whole of the Old Testament serves one primary purpose, to prepare the earth for the coming of Christ. In other words the Birth, Earthly ministry, Death, Resurrection and Second coming became the focus following first mention in Genesis 3:15.

That is why there are so many prophecies, types, patterns and shadows to explain the different facets of the redemption plan of God throughout the Old Testament. Every minute detail of the person of Christ and His ministry here on earth is covered in scripture. Some of these are so specific and dumbfounding that the Prophets themselves wonder whether people of their time would accept it as the word of God (Isaiah 53:1). One of the things I learned very early as a young Christian is that every book of the Old Testament, from Genesis to Malachi depicted and prophesied different aspects of Christ. It was not uncommon for some of our leaders in those days to display their knowledge of the bible using each book to picture Christ (Exodus:the deliverer, Leviticus: the Law Giver, Amos: the Burden bearer etc). Meaning that instinctively we can hear every book of the Old Testament screaming His Name, painting a picture and describing the IMAGE of Christ.

“Then he said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken: Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his glory? Luke 24:25-26

The image of Christ is so vivid in the Old Testament, those that fail to see this were described spiritually as FOOLS and people of slow understanding (strong words), but that is what Christ called two of His disciples, when He met them on the way to Emmaus after His resurrection (Luke 24:25). He described them as clueless, because despite their familiarity with the scriptures and acquaintance with Him, they still could not connect the dots! until you are are able to see the image of Christ in the Old Testament, you will continually miss the point. This is the same problem the Pharisees had, they just could not see the IMAGE and person of Christ in the scriptures, even though they claim to hold it dear and see it as source of eternal life. In John 5:39, He challenged them to search the scriptures, because they testify of Him.

Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his glory? And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.” Luke 24:26-27 KJV

When you are able to see the image of Christ in prophecy as in the scriptures, it then helps you to identify it clearly in its fulfilment as in the Gospels and Epistles (Colossians 2:17). You will be able to transition from the Old Covenant to the New Covenant because you can identify that which you saw as types, shadows and pattern in it's real manifestation. See what Christ said to those two disciples who were still stuck in their expectations, not knowing that it had already been fulfilled. Christ had to drag their imagination through and from the Old Testament ('Moses' refers to the first five books of the Old Testament) to the present, showing them what ought to have been obvious (Luke 24:26-27). I believe that one of the reasons John the Baptist was declared as the greatest of all the Old Covenant people was the fact that he could identify Christ from the scriptures (Matthew 11:11, John 1:29, 36). The image of Christ in the scriptures was etched into his consciousness, so that he could identify the manifestation. As we close let me give you a practical example.

Isaiah 53:5 (KJV) says: (Prophecy)
“But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.”

1 Peter 2:24 KJV says: (Fulfilment)
“Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.”

Can you see the difference? 'we are healed' and 'ye were healed'. There is still more to show you and we would continue in the next capsule. It is important you get this point because everything hinges on it.

This is the third series in a set of three. For those who have been following God's Pill for some time you will notice that we have not had what we call Temperature and Pulse Check after the last two series as is the pattern. The reason for this is that I want these three series coupled together. My passion and drive is to see lives transformed. These three series taken together is so dear to my heart, you can even say they form a signature of MinDGyM. My greatest joy is to see individuals apply what they have learned and get results without any fancy, sweat or drama . I have been profoundly touched by people who all I had was a glancing contact with them, but got life changing results (particularly in the area of healing) by applying the truths discussed in these Capsules. These truths took me twenty years or more to string together, (maybe I am a slow learner), but it does not have to take you that long. If you grasp what we are discussing in these three series, everything will change, guaranteed (the way you pray, your understanding of scriptures, your relationship with God, everything).

“Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.” 2 Peter 1:4 KJV

2 Peter 1:4, is a repetition or summary of the preceding two verses. It says we have escaped the corruption that is in the world through carnal desires (lust). How? God gave us exceeding great and precious promises so that we might partake of His Divine Nature . Please note that the tense is in the past. All you really need to do is connect the dots. 1. We have escaped the corruption in the world driven by the five senses. 2. We have God given right to His Divine nature. 3. What releases or makes this divine nature effective or accessible despite the fact that it is already resident in us is the Knowledge of the promises. Understanding this removes struggle from the concept of faith, because how can you doubt that you are going to get what you already have? What this means is that you can access Health, wealth, freedom from demonic oppression and freedom from condemnation of sin by partaking of the divine nature of God that is already available in you, through knowledge. The question is not whether God will give you access to His Divine Nature. He already did, and He also provided the knowledge (exceeding great and precious promises) to enjoy it.

In the first of these three series, 'The Name, The Word and Doctrine of Men', we saw that we are AMBASSADORS for Christ (2 Corinthians 5:20), with access to all the power in the Word, and the Authority in the Name of Jesus Christ to deploy it (Philippians 2:9-11). We are not beggars, in fact we did nothing to deserve it, that is why it is called Grace (Romans 11:6). But you must know that you have it before you can deploy it (Ephesians 1:17-21). An Ambassador is an accredited representative of a nation in a foreign land, he carries the full weight of his sovereign . He does not need to beg or plead (Matthew 16:19).

In the series we just completed we found out that we have a perfect relationship called New Covenant with the Father. Despite all similarities in outward appearance with the people around us, we are completely different, we are indeed NEW CREATION (a species of being that never existed before, we are born from above). 2 Corinthians 5:17 says we are in Christ, that must tell you that at the very least the substance that makes up the New Creation must be compliant to that of Christ. Meaning the parent substance for the New Creation is Christ (Romans 8:9). We are not outside of Christ looking in, We are inside of Christ looking out. Life flows from within our spirit outward, that is why you are able to lay hands on the sick and expect recovery (Mark 16:18, John 7:38-39). and you should walk in divine health.

In this series, our index scripture says we are partakers of God's Divine Nature. That is, the part of us that is Divine is from God, so of necessity it must be the same. A lot of Christians find this concept problematic because at first glance, it could be misinterpreted as equality with God. Let me say it categorically and unequivocally that this is not so. For one thing there needs to be continuous flow from God to sustain this divine nature in you, so the receiver is not equal to the source. However, 2 Peter 1:3, says God by His divine power gave us access to His divine nature (2 Peter 1:4). The life in the root and stem is the same life in the branches. Secondly, God is not just divine He is Deity, meaning He is supreme, the Creator with all the attributes that this entails, whilst we are partakers of the aspect of Him that is Divine (Ephesians 1:6), we are not deity. I hope this clarify things, settles your mind, so that you don't trip. We would be examining the practicalities of this in this series, what it means to be His Image, after His Likeness and partake of His Divine nature.

This one will cure you of all inferiority complex, it will light your fire even if your wood is wet, it will reveal your true identity. The choice whether you walk in it or not will then be yours.

As always I thank you in advance for spreading the word through the links to your social media sites and word of mouth. We are labourers together with HIM

“Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord: (For we walk by faith, not by sight)”
2 Corinthians 5:6-7 KJV

Walking in the CONSCIOUSNESS of this reality: The New Creation
There is more to say, but I intend to make this the last capsule in this wonderful series . I hope this has blessed you as much as it has blessed me (1Corinthians 9:13-14). Gauging the impact of these teachings on the lives of individuals is not always easy, but I trust Him who has called me. The thrust of our discussion from capsule 2 to 7 was to present the reality of the New Creation, to bring the Hidden man of the heart out, make him real, to show that despite all the outward similarities with the Old Creation, at core they are two completely different Beings. One is spiritually alive, the other is spiritually dead. The New Creation is a child of God, the Old Creation at best is a servant. The New Creation is called to walk in Divine health, based on a perfect relationship called New Covenant , (no longer under condemnation, free from demonic oppression and lack), the Old Creation can only receive Healing. Understanding this difference is the first step, and to some degree many in the church have a notion of this. But unfortunately this remains at the subconscious level, it is not a living concept . It is something they refer to now and again, it is not their 'bread and butter', they spend the vast majority of their day walking as mere men, Homo Sapien. From capsule 8, my intention is to bring him, that is, the New Creation into your CONSCIOUSNESS! The way you pray, talk, interpret the scriptures, interact with others, in fact your approach to all things must be driven through the eyes of who you are as a NEW CREATION (James 1:25), anything less is defective (None of us apart from Christ has done this perfectly, but this must be your goal). Before we go ahead, I will like to share these two stories with you to illustrate my thoughts.

About two weeks ago, at a conference I met someone who had a significant chronic illness. The medication this person was on, also has some unpleasant side effects. After chatting and sharing some of the things we have discussed so far, I challenged this individual to go through capsule 1-7, 2017 (capsule 8 was not available yet), and comeback to me with questions. A week after, he/she called me very excited, every trace of the disease had disappeared. Long story short, for the first seven days it was as if all hell had broken loose (Hebrews 10:32), but the concept of the NEW MAN was so real to this individual that all the symptoms and signs fell off one after the other within eight days! The reality of being a New Creation was no longer at the subconscious level, it had become their CONSCIOUS reality. Something happened that pushed the healing from the inside out, 'out of this person's belly flow rivers of living water' (John 7:38-39). I intend to share this testimony in full in the future, it is very instructive.

That same day I met up with somebody who had followed God's Pill, for sometime, and actually appreciated the truth. We had a meal together, after a short while he became worried that he had forgotten to take his medication (he had been diagnosed with Diabetes some years back). Despite the fact that at the subconscious level he knew all that we have discussed, he kept asking me whether he would be ok. He was very anxious, not knowing what to do. He could not walk in the reality of what he knew in his subconscious; a New Creation, no, not a the level of his CONSCIOUSNESS! Can you see the difference between the two? I see this contrast all the time.

“Therefore, from now on, we regard no one according to the flesh. Even though we have known Christ according to the flesh, yet now we know Him thus no longer.” II Corinthians 5:16 NKJV

To really begin to walk in the Consciousness of the New Creation, you need to understand what Paul is saying in 2 Corinthians 5:16. He said he had previously regarded Christ from purely a human viewpoint, but with knowledge he no longer did that. The same way he does not regard people from just the human (flesh) point of view! Why? (He gave reason in 2 Corinthians 5:17-21). The same way you must not see yourself from the human (flesh, Homo Sapien) point of view, you are God possessed, stop regarding yourself according to flesh, that is a poor measuring stick. The flesh is just your earth suit, just like the Astronaut needs the space suit. Twice in the scripture Christ was described with the veil of the flesh pulled aside, to show us a glimpse of what Paul was talking about. The first is in Matthew 17:2, Luke 9:29, the second is Revelation 1:3-16 . I hesitate to say this, but I firmly believe in my heart that if we could see the New Creation (without the hindrance of the flesh) it would be similar, because 1John 4:17b says ' He is, so are we in this world '. I know this is mind blowing, beyond what most can conceptualise, but it is absolutely true. Everything we have discussed is to bring you to the place where you realise that you are not just human, the real you, the New Creation is wall to wall Holy Ghost. Until you can see this and embrace it, you will walk like mere man. For those who still have difficulty accepting this, stay with me, I will verify and validate this beyond any reasonable doubt in the next series.

As we end this series I really hope and pray that what we have discussed so far will not be like water on the back of a duck. If you are in Christ, you are a New Creation, relating to God the Father as a Son under a New Covenant, what you have is Divine Health, far better than divine healing, so begin to walk in the
